Canadian Firefly Foundation is a registered non-profit organization committed to making a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged individuals by addressing the pressing issues of poverty and lack of access to education. With a deep-rooted belief in the power of education as a catalyst for change, our foundation works tirelessly to create opportunities and empower disadvantaged communities. We firmly believe that education is a fundamental right that should be accessible to all, regardless of their socio-economic background.

Since 2018, The Canadian Firefly Foundation has been dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged individuals by addressing poverty and lack of access to education. We believe that education is a fundamental right for all, regardless of socio-economic background. Through our programs, we create opportunities and empower disadvantaged youths, fostering positive change and a more equitable society.
Our Organization
The Canadian Firefly Foundation is a government-approved, non-profit charitable organization founded by secondary-school students from throughout Metro Vancouver who are eager to create real change in their community We believe that although one person’s glow may not be significant, a group can light up the sky. As leaders, we try our best to illuminate the communities around us - spreading our light and warmth through non-profit charitable work. With fundraisers and other special events, we as a collective hope to better the lives of those who are disadvantaged.
