Project Management Director

Lucy is a grade 11 student at Magee Secondary School. She is really interested in sports like rowing and K-Pop dancing, and also likes to learn. She enjoys participating in business simulation competitions and speech contests. During her spare time, she prefers to go for long walks outside or exercise with her friends. She is extremely diligent and independent, focusing on getting work done. Her favorite movies are Little Woman and The Devil Wears Prada. She is also passionate about linguistics, especially Japanese and Spanish.

Steven is a grade 10 student at Magee Secondary. He joined this foundation hoping to contribute to help children in need. Steven enjoys playing the drums and video games during his free time. As the project management director, Steven hopes to use his passion to connect and help those unfortunate children.

A grade 10 student at Magee Secondary, Cobe has participated in many volunteering groups such as the Youth Musicians and Artists Association, the Canadian Firefly Foundation, and the XinHai Revolution 1911 event. Many of these experiences gave him a new perspective to look at the world from a positive view. Cobe believes that as the project management director, he will thrive to bring a positive impact to those children in need.

Stella, a grade 11 student at Magee Secondary, is grateful to be a project management director at the Canadian Firefly Foundation. Passionate about business programs, piano, and photography, she aims to bring light to her community through critical thinking. Stella's entrepreneurial mindset fuels her desire to generate innovative ideas and practical solutions. Additionally, her musical talents on the piano and her keen eye for photography enable her to express herself creatively and connect with others. With her diverse interests and determination, Stella strives to make a positive impact and inspire those around her.

Media + Technology Director

Ashley is currently a grade 11 student at Collingwood School, enthusiastic about her role in website design with the Canadian Firefly Foundation. She joined the organization when she decided that she wanted to become a more active member of her community. Ashley is passionate about all kinds of art like oil painting, digital art, piano, and more. She hopes to contribute in any way she can to not only the Foundation’s website but the organization as a whole.

Media + Technology Director

A grade 11 student at Magee Secondary, Amy is thrilled to be the Graphic Design Director at the Canadian Firefly Foundation. She is a very kind,outgoing person. She has many hobbies, including drawing, singing, dancing,model,guzheng, guitar, ukulele, Chinese chess, taekwondo, volleyball, basketball, swimming... However, she is especially passionate about art, and painting that is why she will make sure the foundation is organized. Amy hopes that she will bring light to our community by using creativity and connectivity.

Media + Technology Director

A grade 12 student at Magee Secondary, Yiyang who goes by Ian is amused to be the Graphic Design Director at the Canadian Firefly Foundation. He is a very open-minded, patient, and persistent person. He likes to spend his free time reading, going to the gym, and playing video games. Not known by many, he has a passion toward art, and design that is why as the graphic design director he will make sure the foundation is always on track. Ian will use creativity to connect people together and bring light on to this community.

As a grade 10 student at Magee Secondary, Cressida is currently the media-design director in Canadian Firefly foundation. She discovered her passion in Media several years ago, and went on the path of being a content maker. She firmly believes that her works of media will be promoting the ideas of Canadian Firefly Foundation towards the community, to influence people with positivity, and a different perspective to the world.

Marketing Director

Ethan is a Grade 11 student at Magee Secondary School, he is grateful for the opportunity to serve as the marketing director at Canadian Firefly Foundation. With previous experiences in marketing, he is hoping to achieve the most within the foundation. Apart from studying endlessly and community service, you can find Ethan playing games, reading books, or playing numerous sports. Ethan hopes that with his commitment and courage he will bring the best to the children within this amazing community.

Marketing Director

Siyuan Liu is a senior who enjoys coming up with solutions to the hardest problems. He often contemplates possible resolutions to problematic social issues or challenges himself with finding solutions to the hardest physics and math problems. He recognizes that obstacles and hardships encountered while problem solving are learning opportunities that will help him grow and succeed. He enjoys patiently listening to his friends' problems while empathizing and providing help and comfort. With an unmatched combination of enthusiasm and passion and a desire to provide assistance, he is confident that he will thrive to help the community as the Marketing Director.

Jacqueline Shen is currently a grade 11 student at Magee secondary school. With a kind heart and great personality she loves making friends and communicating with others. She is very determined to help students at school. People often say she looks scary and aggressive, but when people get to know her she is super kind. She really enjoys helping other people and bringing happiness to everyone. In her spare time, she loves playing badminton. She hopes that she can help as many childrens as possible as the Marketing Director at Canadian Firefly Foundation

Marketing Director

Crofton is a Grade 11 student at Magee Secondary School, he is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Canadian Firefly Foundation. With experiences in management and marketing, he is hoping to showcase and improve his abilities through Foundation by giving back to society. Outside of school, music is a big part of him being previously involved in choir and percussion. As a new addition this year, Crofton looks forward to using his skill set to help the Foundation further excel.

Secretary

Austin is a ninth-grade student at Magee Secondary School. He is thrilled to represent the Canadian Firefly Foundation as one of its secretaries. As an avid golfer and swimmer, Austin always shows a strong drive of dedication to the things that have piqued his interest.

Franco is a senior student at Kitsilano Secondary. It is always his intention to assist others and solve problems for them. It was at the age of 11 that he developed an interest in photography. Franco began traveling through the streets of Vancouver, capturing its beauty and recording every wonderful moment of various events. He wants to bring his passion for photography and life to the foundation so that everyone can shine like a firefly and try their best to help others.
